Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist or Performance Marketing Manager – Google & Meta (D2C / Shopify)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale ad campaigns across Google and Meta for our D2C business. The role requires full ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and revenue delivery on Shopify . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in D2C consumer brands , with a proven record of running profitable campaigns and delivering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads .
- Own and deliver revenue targets, ROAS, and profitability KPIs for Shopify.
- Manage Shopify offer codes and integrate campaigns with platform performance.
- Continuously monitor campaigns to identify scaling opportunities and optimize underperformers.
- Collaborate with the creative / content team to develop high-performing ad strategies and offers.
- Track customer journey (via tools like Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar / GA4) and optimize bounce rates.
- Drive improvements in conversion rates by leveraging audience insights and funnel optimizations.
- Suggest and implement campaign / offer constructs aligned with performance data.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of performance metrics : CAC, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, etc.
- Demonstrate proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and designing high-ROI offer constructs.
- Take P&L accountability of Shopify, including ad spend efficiency and revenue delivery.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing on Meta and Google Ads .Mandatory : Prior experience working with D2C consumer brands on Shopify.Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably (ROAS-focused).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like GA4, Clarity, or similar.Creative mindset to design offers / campaigns that resonate with D2C audiences.Ability to balance growth with profitability and optimize full-funnel performance.
