Digital Marketing spealist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns, social media presence, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Paid Ads Management (Google, Meta, etc.) , Graphic Design , Video Editing , and Social Media Marketing .

You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and enhancing overall online engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Paid Advertising :
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A / B testing.
• Social Media Management :
• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay updated on social media trends to improve reach and engagement.
• Content Creation :
• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator .
• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, ad copies, and blog posts that align with brand tone.
• Analytics & Reporting :
• Track KPIs for campaigns, social media, and website performance using tools like Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and Data Studio .
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
