Manage end-to-end programmatic ad campaigns for Indian clients, including planning, trafficking, budget setup, targeting, and delivery.
Operate across the programmatic ecosystem - DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other tools.
Ensure accurate tag implementation, creative trafficking, ad placements, and frequency / audience targeting aligned with campaign goals.
Conduct technical QA for creatives (display, video, rich media, banners), ad tags, tracking pixels, and verification tools; troubleshoot delivery, rendering, and discrepancy issues.
Continuously monitor campaign performance across key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, viewability, video completion, conversions) and implement optimizations (bid adjustments, targeting refinements, retargeting, creative refreshes).
Analyze campaign data, prepare regular performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, product, engineering, and analytics teams to roll out new ad formats, integrations, and measurement enhancements.
Maintain detailed process documentation (trafficking, QA, optimization) and stay current on AdTech innovations, programmatic best practices, and Indian market regulations (e.g., data privacy, viewability standards).
What We're Looking For
1-4 years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic Campaign Management, with a strong focus on the Indian market.
Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem - DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, ad servers, and deal types (RTB, PMP, programmatic guaranteed).
Hands-on experience running campaigns for Indian clients with knowledge of local ad platforms, consumer behavior, and compliance norms.
Strong technical skills in creative / ad tag QA, tracking pixel setup, and ad serving tools.
Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JS (for creatives), tag managers, and verification tools.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose optimization strategies. Proficient in reporting tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced programmatic practices such as header bidding, dynamic creative optimization, video ad measurement, or viewability.
Exposure to Indian DSPs and local ad exchanges.
Knowledge of BI / analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Prior experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
