About the Role
The position requires analytical as well as collaboration skills to strengthen the SA performance across channels. S / he should be able to manage data / information and optimize distribution channel performance which will ensure delivery on defined objective of building a sustainable savings account book. The incumbent will have to continuously monitor and optimize business quality, productivity, and performance.

- Should have the ability to collaborate with sales, product and marketing stakeholders to ensure execution framework.

- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Ensuring implementation of the risk policies and processes and ensure that existing business meets the stipulated regulatory guidelines.
- Should continuously monitor the sourcing quality and bring forth any anomalies across all markets.
- Drive the SA acquisition, CIB book growth strategically by providing necessary support / analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data based on defined business objective.
- Accountable for building the overall SA book, NRV growth for the region.
- Drive key behaviors like digital activation, Cross sell. Primary usage to improve portfolio health.
- Track teams’ productivity across parameters and monitor daily book movement along with the sourcing quality.
- Build strong collaboration with key stakeholders for driving new concept / product / program in line with SA franchise growth.
- Develop an understanding of problems faced by customers and employ existing or new methods to find solutions timely thereby enabling the Regional Savings Account Managers.
- Analyze business trends and market offerings to help in fine-tuning customer offerings. Help build product features to suit market requirements.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel / Ppt). Data visualization skills, knowledge of SQL query / tableau / Power BI is a plus.
- Campaign success
- Ideate new customer offerings basis trends and execute campaign by collaborating with the stakeholders.
- People Management
- Managing internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate good Interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder support on all processes / system alignment.
- Individual with a go-getter attitude, should be able to work independently by collaborating with multiple business groups in driving bank's SA and investment business strategy.
Education
Essential : Post-Graduate, CA or MBA from a recognized university
Preferred : MBA From premium business schools will be preferredExperience
Essential : 2-5 years of experience with Channel Management / Analytics domain
Preferred : Experience in branch banking / SA and investment product teams preferred
