Associate Director - Data Migration

Job descriptionMinimum of 12 years of related IT work experience, including significant experience managing teams (5+ years) and large scale technical projects 10+ years of SAP experience with cross-functional knowledge in data migration for all modules Minimum of 5 plus years of strong development experience in the past. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Solves highly complex problems within their work team Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change Data-driven mindset, leveraging a structured analytical approach, and comfortable with manipulating and profiling large volumes of data (demonstrated by skills in SQL, Excel, Access) and data management responsibilities (such as leveraging WinShuttle, MDM / MDG, workflow) Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments (particularly at a global or corporation-wide level) Excellent oral and written skills to provide clear documentation to project teams, the management and executive leadership, and across multiple geographies Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed against in a high-pressure environment
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of data governance and data maintenance processes for implementing countries / entities
- Create & Align data standards for master, supplemental and transactional data objects
- drive adoption of data standards and desing principle to drive data consistency and bring efficiency to migration process
- Governance to Ensure data standards and key decisions are properly documented (i.e. KDDs, DDs, Metadata, DQ Rules, CRDs)
- build the capability with Pepsico to drive cost efficient delivery model by reducing the delivery work for external partner
- Excellent oral and written skills to provide clear documentation to project teams, the management and executive leadership, and across multiple geographies
