Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and lead the India-based support team of developers, DBAs, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration with US operations.
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables to be completed during the India shift, enabling extended support coverage and ensuring work is ready before the start of the next US business day.
- Develop the team’s technical and business acumen.
- Identify, analyze, and create efficiencies within existing solutions
- Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs.
- Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions.
- Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of assigned team members.
- Support the growth and development of assigned employees and conduct performance reviews.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Set clear team goals, monitor team performance, and report on metrics
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education / Training :
Hands-on application development and database administration experience.Understanding Azure resources and architecture, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.In-depth experience in SDLC (development patterns, version control, deployment pipelines).Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation.Practical experience in data modeling.Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Math, or IT preferred.Relevant Work Experience :
6+ years of experience in application development or database administration.Business Process development.Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading.Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems promptly.Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge :
