Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Candidate Management : Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needs.
- Recruitment Reporting : Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding : Support initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications : - Education :
- Undergraduate : Any Graduate
- Postgraduate : Any Postgraduate (preferred)
- Experience : Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
