We are hiring for a Program Manager People & Culture based in Gurgaon !
What will you drive
As a Program Manager in the People and Culture team , you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include :
- Data Analysis & Accuracy Work extensively with people and business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Drive Process Automation Identify opportunities to minimize manual intervention in the People and Culture processes by implementing tools and systems for seamless automation.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop structured solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Leverage data insights to optimize People and Culture processes, assess impact, and drive continuous improvements.
- Project Management – Lead and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.
- High-Impact Assignments (P0 Ownership) – Take ownership of critical (P0) projects, driving them to successful closure with measurable impact.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and streamline processes to improve overall People and Culture and business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and People and Culture team members to align initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
