Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Cloud COE Product Manager

The Cloud CoE Product Manager leads the team responsible to design develop and implement cloud-based solutions for Cloud customers in support of cloud-based application workloads. They are responsible for defining and communicating shared technical and architectural visions that fit the customers intended purposes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Cloud CoE customers to define solution capabilities by understanding the underlying architecture and technology strategies for implementation.

Assess possible technology alternatives and implementation approaches. Each team member is responsible for

making strategic technology decisions that seek to produce a balance between implementation cost and business value.

Define the Non-functional requirements (NFRs) for the large solution based on the business needs and necessary technology tradeoffs.

Work with the security team to incorporate defined security best practices and compliance requirements into the cloud solutions.

Work closely with the Cloud CoE finance team to optimize cloud costs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings implement cost-effective solutions and monitor resource usage to ensure efficient spending.

Optimize the performance and efficiency of cloud solutions by analyzing resource utilization monitoring system performance identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.

Plan and execute the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud. Develop migration strategies assess dependencies and ensure minimal disruption during the transition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT Operations and other business teams to gather requirements provide technical guidance and ensure smooth integration of cloud solutions.

Continuously learn about the latest advancements in cloud technologies stay updated with industry trends and evaluate new services and features that could benefit the organizations cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Drive the adoption of cloud solutions within the Enablement Team

Hands on experience cloud solutions on MS Azure with good knowledge of AWS or GCP also

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of cloud solutions and products

Work closely with the security team to establish and enforce adopted compliance standards within cloud environments

Identify opportunities for automation within cloud processes and procedures

Oversee reliability and stability of cloud products and solutions

Focus on improving the customer experience of cloud solutions and products

Build strong relationships with stakeholder sand communicate the value and benefits of cloud technologies

Set goals and initiatives to drive the organizations cloud maturity level

Creates and sets priorities for the team to ensure backlog task completion

Collaborate with the Strategy team to identify opportunities for new platform solutions and products

Ensure Continuous Improvement on Cloud Products / Solutions

Recruit onboard and develop a high-performing team

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Masters degree in a relevant field.

Certifications in cloud technologies like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Proven track record of leading successful cloud transformation projects.
