Solar Project Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects within the Reliance Solar Power team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, smooth communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.
• Organize project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.
• Support in budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.

Qualifications & Experience
