Project Control Lead – Planning And Cost

Job Title : Project Control Lead – Planning & Cost : (Power & Renewable Energy (Consultancy))

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning and cost control functions across multiple Power and Renewable Energy consultancy projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules , work breakdown structures (WBS) , and resource-loaded programs using standard planning tools.
• Prepare and review tender cost estimations , BOQs , and budgetary proposals in coordination with engineering and proposal teams.
• Prepare and monitor resource plans and manpower histograms to align with project timelines and deliverables.
• Track project progress and performance indicators (cost, schedule, productivity, and earned value).
• Support project managers in forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow projections .
• Develop and maintain cost control systems , including budget tracking and change management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure integrated project control and reporting.
• Prepare periodic progress and cost reports for management and client reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company project control procedures and continuous improvement of planning practices.
