Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and emotionally intelligent Network Manager to work directly with a high-performance business leader and entrepreneur. Your role will be to systematically manage, nurture, and expand a high-value network that spans industry leaders, investors, clients, influencers, and decision-makers. You will act as the COO of the relationship ecosystem —ensuring no opportunity is lost, no connection goes cold, and no event is wasted.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network CRM & Intelligence
- Maintain an organized and dynamic contact database with contextual notes and tagging
- Track interactions, follow-up cycles, and relationship health
2. Relationship Nurturing
Schedule and manage value-based follow-ups, birthday wishes, congratulatory messages, and warm touchesCurate and share meaningful articles, gifts, or referrals to maintain relationship depth3. Event Preparation & Debrief
Research attendees, prepare briefing notes and hit-lists for networking eventsAttend events to assist with relationship handling or on behalf of the principal when needed4. Strategic Introductions & Follow-Through
Handle inbound and outbound introductions, ensure closure loops, and log outcomesMonitor and manage post-introduction goodwill5. Content & Visibility Support
Coordinate with content teams or independently help build presence on social platformsEnsure the business owner stays visible and relevant within key communities6. Reputation Monitoring
Stay updated on major life and career updates in the networkEnsure timely and thoughtful engagement on those updates7. Monthly Reporting & Recommendations
Provide monthly summaries of network movement, missed opportunities, and suggested actionsPrepare dashboards to track relationship capital growth8. Travel & Representation
Accompany the business owner to strategic networking events to assist with navigation and leverageRepresent the business owner at select events when schedules conflict, with clear alignment on tone and intentIdeal Candidate Profile
30+ years of age with strong maturity, discretion, and presencePrior experience in networking organizations , C-suite support , or relationship-driven rolesHigh Emotional Intelligence (EQ), deep listening skills, and a strategic mindProficient in using CRM tools, event planning, and professional communicationOrganized, proactive, and hungry to play a behind-the-scenes but high-impact roleWhat This Role Offers
