We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development (BD) Professional with extensive experience in engineering consulting to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time position requires a committed individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure and water management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background as well as business acumen to drive the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure, water & wastewater management, urban development, and allied engineering consultancy sectors.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Track government initiatives (e.g., SBM 2.0, AMRUT, NGT, Jal Jeevan Mission, Smart Cities) for potential project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, local urban bodies, and private sector clients.
• Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and high-level forums.
• Act as the key point of contact for business negotiations and partnership building.
• Lead the preparation of EOIs, RFPs, DPR-related proposals, tenders, and PPP projects.
• Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams for successful bid submissions.
• Ensure compliance with tendering norms and monitor competition within the industry.
• Guide and mentor junior business development and proposal teams.
• Promote knowledge transfer of best practices in business development and client management.
