Key Responsibilities :

• Drive a target-oriented approach to establish and maintain key accounts and new placement relationships.
• Facilitate Undergraduate final placements and summer internships in line with set targets.
• Understand the needs of assigned corporate partners and efficiently address their concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to ensure a variety of placement opportunities for students.
• Adhere to periodic reporting and review processes.
• Engage in regional forums to expand networks beneficial for placements.
• Stay updated on industry developments to enhance outreach strategies.
• Establish and maintain productive employer partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students and alumni.
• Operate independently with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
