Location - Pune

• Evaluate new process opportunities and identify other new processes, assessing viability as soon as possible.
• Optimize and document the business processes in detail where required to determine and convey the technological infrastructure needs.
• Create process solutions that adhere to Blue Prism design concepts and standards.
• Integrate new Blue Prism processes and objects that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and simple to comprehend, leveraging basic workflow concepts.
• Create and manage solution documentation.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Optimize and manage the entire RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program.
• Evaluate, comprehend, and record business processes in detail as needed.
• Connect with the vendor Platform team about software issues, make suggestions for improvements, and interact with other RPA community members.
• Work within the constraints of project planning, notify the delivery / project manager of any detected project risks and concerns to the delivery / project manager as needed, and contribute to the change control process.
• Facilitate challenges that arise in the day-to-day operation of Blue Prism processes by providing prompt replies and solutions as needed
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of automated processes and infrastructure
