Technical Expertise
Strong programming skills in C++, Python, SQL, JAVA, HTML, CSS, APACHE, SQL Developer, XML etc.
Deep understanding of Avaya applications (OD, AEP, POM, Predictive Dialer).
Knowledge of TTS, STT, Generative AI, and Conversational AI on multiple platforms.
Familiarity with Avaya enablement services (TSAPI, DLG, DMCC).
Working knowledge of Genesys IVR and Genesys Foundry.
iOS, Android development knowledge would be added advantage.
Experience in designing Conversational AI workflows with LLMs and third-party AI APIs.
Exposure to omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, messaging).
Cloud & Platform Knowledge
Experience with cloud telephony / contact center platforms : Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Zoom, RingCentral.
Understanding of API integrations, cloud deployments, and microservices architecture is a plus.
Professional Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree / Masters Degree having working experience more than 8+ Years.
Certification :
Holding certification on : Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Microsoft etc.
