Enterprise Resources Planning Developer

CSM Technologies is hiring technically skilled candidates having relevant experience in ERPNext development and implementation can apply. S / He has to work on end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support

Experience : 3 to 7 years

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA

Job Profile

Work on end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations.

Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework.

Implement Indian statutory payroll (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Form 16, etc.) and automate employee lifecycle processes.

Integrate ERPNext with external systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and accounting tools using REST APIs.

Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation.

Candidate Profile

Should have experience in ERPNext development and implementation.

Strong expertise in Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, SQL, MariaDB / MySQL.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, Jinja for front-end customization.

Experience in Indian payroll configuration and statutory compliance.

Good understanding of Accounting, Sales, HR & Project business processes.

Familiar with Git, deployment automation, and cloud / on-premise setups.

Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
