CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates having relevant experience in ERPNext development & implementation can apply. S / He needs to lead a team of software developers in end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA

Job Profile

1. Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

2. Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations.

3. Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework.

4. Implement Indian statutory payroll (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Form 16, etc.) and automate employee lifecycle processes.

5. Integrate ERPNext with external systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and accounting tools using REST APIs.

6. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure ERPNext best practices are followed.

8. Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation.

10. Collaborate with business stakeholders to continuously enhance ERP functionalities.

Candidate Profile

1. Should have experience in ERPNext development & implementation across multiple business functions.

2. Strong expertise in the Frappe Framework, Doctype customization, client / server scripting & reporting tools.

3. Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and database management (MariaDB / MySQL).

4. Skilled in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Jinja templating.

5. Hands-on experience in Indian payroll statutory compliance.

6. Good business process knowledge in Accounting, HR, Sales, and Project Management.

7. Familiar with Git version control, deployment automation, and cloud / on-premise environments.

8. Experience in ERPNext website and portal development.

9. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
