Job description

CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates having relevant experience in ERPNext development & implementation can apply. S / He needs to lead a team of software developers in end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA

Job Profile

  • Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations.
  • Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework.
  • Implement Indian statutory payroll (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Form 16, etc.) and automate employee lifecycle processes.
  • Integrate ERPNext with external systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and accounting tools using REST APIs.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure ERPNext best practices are followed.
  • Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to continuously enhance ERP functionalities.

Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience in ERPNext development & implementation across multiple business functions.
  • Strong expertise in the Frappe Framework, Doctype customization, client / server scripting & reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and database management (MariaDB / MySQL).
  • Skilled in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Jinja templating.
  • Hands-on experience in Indian payroll statutory compliance.
  • Good business process knowledge in Accounting, HR, Sales, and Project Management.
  • Familiar with Git version control, deployment automation, and cloud / on-premise environments.
  • Experience in ERPNext website and portal development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
