Job Title : General Manager – Retail Operations- Estele Accessories Pvt. Ltd

Location : Hyderabad (Base Location), with frequent travel across India

Package : ₹20 LPA + Variables

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) :

1. Leadership and People Development

• Supervise and directly manage 4 zonal managers, each responsible for overseeing multiple clusters of stores (2-3 clusters per zone, with 3-4 stores per cluster).
• Foster a collaborative environment where the team feels supported and empowered to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring sessions to zonal managers, cluster heads, and store managers to enhance their leadership and operational capabilities.
• Implement training and skill development programs that align with the company’s strategic vision and encourage career progression for team members.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by identifying, recruiting, and retaining high-performing individuals.

Job Description :

The General Manager (GM) will spearhead operations for a leading retail brand with a network of 40 stores across India, reporting directly to the leadership team. The role demands a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and an exceptional ability to lead and inspire large teams.
