Presales Solution Architect

Looking for a Presales Solution Architect for our North America Business unit.

This role focus into North American market - Looking for candidates with prior US market exposure.

Shift Timings - 2pm IST to 10pm IST

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends to contribute to product enhancement and development.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.

QUALIFICATION :

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent, are a plus
