Your job : find those underserved segments and bring them to hostels.
The Role
We're looking for someone to build new revenue streams from scratch. This means identifying customer segments that don't traditionally think "hostel", identifying need gaps, building propositions and distribution channels to reach them.
You'll hunt for opportunities, test ideas quickly, close deals, and build what works into repeatable channels.
