Job Summary :

Seeking a Workday-certified consultant to manage US Payroll implementations and support. The role involves working with clients across deployment and post-production phases, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a Workday expert in design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Manage multiple projects independently.

Conduct client sessions to analyze requirements and provide recommendations.

Align development with client design decisions and provide regular status updates.

Mentor other consultants and share Workday expertise.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.

Active Workday US Payroll Certification.

Hands-on experience in US Payroll implementation / support.

Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
