Job description
  • Develop and expand the Jio Point market in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets through consistent field execution.
  • Identify, onboard, and engage with new channel partners to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Service retailers effectively by adhering to the beat plan and ensuring market coverage.
  • Ensure stock availability and enhance product visibility at retail outlets.
  • Maintain supply chain stability to support uninterrupted market operations.
  • Ensure daily cash collection and deposit as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and channel partners.
  • Provide necessary training and support to improve partner and team productivity.

    • Education Required

    • Graduation degree in any discipline.

      • Experience Required

    • 2 to 4 years in Sales and Distribution.

      • Skills Required

      Entrepreneurial Skills
