Job description

Design and implement state-specific collections strategies aligned with national goals to drive recovery

Achieve targeted recovery of overdue student loans across early, late, and legal stages.

Maximize recoveries through effective use of call centers, field operations, and agency partnerships.

Lead, mentor, and energize collections teams to consistently deliver high performance.

Track KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and upskill teams to boost efficiency and results.

Enforce compliance with debt collection laws, privacy norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Reduce default rates while safeguarding against legal and reputational risks.

Proactively adapt strategies in line with evolving education loan regulations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen portfolio quality and minimize slippages.

Foster strong relationships with institutions, regulators, and collection agencies to ensure smooth operations.
