Technical Recruiter

Position : US IT Recruiter

Experience : 1-2 years of experience working in night shift

Location : Brookfield, near Marathahalli, Bangalore

Shift Time : 06 : 30 PM to 03 : 30 AM / 05 : 30 PM to 02 : 30 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do :

 Work closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and help identify the right talent.

 Support the end-to-end hiring process : from sourcing and reviewing profiles to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

 Assist in hiring for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across different industries.

 Review job descriptions and understand key skills to match with potential candidates.

 Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and candidates.

 Adapt to US business hours and perform efficiently during night shifts.

 Use job portals, referrals, and networking platforms to find suitable candidate profiles (training will be provided).

 Ensure all updates and documentation are accurately maintained throughout the process.  Be open to putting in extra hours when required to meet deadlines or support urgent client needs.

 Flexibility to extend work hours occasionally based on work requirements.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

 Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

 Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).

 No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided.
