We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Bangalore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn full-cycle recruitment, work closely with global teams, and contribute directly to TruGlobal’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and technical skill needs.
Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities : job posting, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for key skill areas — SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, QA, DevOps, and AI.
Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in the ATS.
Participate in campus hiring, referral drives, and employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging skills, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or Business Administration.

0–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or consulting domain preferred).

Understanding or interest in technical areas such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, QA, DevOps, and AI.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ERP or Cloud recruitment (SAP / Salesforce / NetSuite).

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Basic understanding of technical terminology and IT project environments.
