Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer Legal located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Officer Legal will be responsible for providing legal support and advice on various legal issues related to the company. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with regulations, and representing the company in legal matters. The role also involves liaising with external legal counsel and maintaining updated knowledge of industry-specific legal practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) and Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
