Expand the India legal team to manage business growth, mitigate legal risks, and support Distributor events.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and implement contracts meticulously to support cross-functional teams such as GSS, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure adherence to the contract administration policy, maintaining flawless documentation and compliance.
• Provide legal advice and review critical documents for Distributor events, including event presentations, marketing collaterals, and claims documents.
• Collaborate strictly with various departments to mitigate risks through well-articulated agreements.
• Determine and implement legal strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
