JOB DESCRIPTION

• Curated Treatment Delivery : Administer a diverse array of advanced body treatments and massage therapists, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and specialized midi-spa protocols. A deep understanding of the physiological and psychological benefits of each treatment is essential.
• Personalized Consultation : Engage with guests to thoughtfully assess their concerns, offering insightful recommendations for bespoke therapies and post-treatment care that align with their wellness objectives.
• Impeccable Environment : Maintain the pristine condition and meticulous organization of the treatment room, ensuring a sanctuary of calm and cleanliness that reflects our commitment to luxury standards.
• Upholding Excellence : Adhere rigorously to the highest standards of hygiene, professional conduct, and discreet guest services, embodying the ethos of a premium wellness destination.
• Enriching the Guest Journey : Thoughtfully introduce and recommend our curated selection of spa services and premium products, enhancing the guest’s holistic wellness journey.
• Detailed Documentation : Maintain precise and confidential records of treatments performed and individual guest preferences, ensuring continuity and personalized attention for future visits.

PROFILE

Experience : A minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in a luxury spa, medi-spa, or high-end hospitality wellness environment is essential. Experience with advanced body treatments and a sophisticated clientele is highly valued.

Industry : Profound understanding and experience within the Hospitality, Wellness, and Spa sectors, particularly in establishments renowned for their premium offerings.

Skills : Exceptional communicator with deep knowledge of anatomy and a professional, discreet demeanor, skilled at building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele in a luxury spa setting.

Degree : Cidesco Certification is highly preferred, a Graduate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a relevant specialized field from a recognized institution.
