About the Role :

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications, working across front-end and back-end technologies . You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help define our technical architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable and performant web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React .
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to best practices.
• Design and maintain resilient RESTful APIs .
• Manage and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests .
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and champion their adoption when strategically beneficial.
