About the Role :

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications, working across front-end and back-end technologies. You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help define our technical architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable and performant web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to best practices.
Design and maintain resilient RESTful APIs.
Manage and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and champion their adoption when strategically beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong expertise in Java development, including Spring Boot and Spring Security.

Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.

Proficiency with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

Solid understanding of database design with practical experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

In-depth knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills :

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
