General Summary :
The Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of technical programs by managing processes, procedures, and tools to improve operational efficiencies. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams, monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, and priorities, and ensuring seamless progress on complex, large-scale projects. The Program Analyst will drive program management activities for the Oryon CPU Engineering team, contributing to the development and delivery of high-performance CPU IP integrated into Qualcomm SoCs, including flagship Snapdragon platforms.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of program management or related work experience
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate, plan, and drive CPU IP development, testing, and delivery alongside top engineering talent.Negotiate schedules, scope, and resource allocation to meet aggressive deadlines and deliver high-performance CPUs.Lead cross-functional discussions to establish project milestones, plans of record, tasks, and program policies.Manage the interface and alignment between IP and SoC teams.Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status and solutions to stakeholders.Troubleshoot issues and adjust program plans to resolve conflicts and keep projects on track.Regularly report progress, budget, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and executives.Develop and improve processes to boost team productivity and efficiency.Manage activities throughout design, development, validation, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining phases of hardware product lifecycle.Advocate for the program during cross-functional and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and visibility.Skills Required
