The Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute our startup partnership programs.

This is a high-impact role responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing programs that help founders get from prototype to funding. You’ll work directly with founders, mentors, and stakeholders, ensuring each startup’s journey is smooth, strategic, and successful.

What You’ll Do

Plan and run structured partnership programs for robotics startups

Guide portfolio startups through key milestones (from prototype to Funding Ready)

Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation

Track and evaluate program performance; implement improvements

Coordinate cross-functional efforts (internal teams, mentors, investors, partners)

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in program / project management (preferably with startups or in tech ecosystems)

Master’s degree in business administration or a related field

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and delivering in fast-paced environments

Known for being a reliable executor and collaborative team player

Focused, humble, and dedicated professional who thrives in hands-on roles

Essential Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of startup ecosystems and the challenges faced by early-stage companies

Experience in working with startups or technology-focused organizations

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities & Proficient in project and data management tools

Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
