Engineering Head - SaaS Products

Description : About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead the end-to-end platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud operations of our SaaS ecosystem.

This is a strategic and leadership-heavy role focused on scaling engineering teams, defining systems architecture, ensuring high availability, and driving the companys technical roadmap for infrastructure and DevOps.

You will manage engineering managers, DevOps teams, SRE teams, and work closely with product leadership to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the platform engineering charter cloud infra, DevOps, SRE, reliability, and scalability.
• Define architecture for multi-tenant, globally scalable SaaS infrastructure.
• Lead engineering teams across DevOps, SRE, platform, and automation functions.
• Establish org-wide CI / CD governance, DevSecOps maturity, and observability frameworks.
• Drive architectural decisions for microservices, event-driven systems, ML ops, and data pipelines.
• Oversee incident management, capacity planning, cost optimization, and disaster recovery.
• Build long-term infrastructure strategy and execution roadmap.
• Mentor engineering managers and senior engineers; provide career pathways.
• Manage vendor relationships, cloud costs, compliance, and security audits.
