Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership & Revenue Delivery
- Lead day-to-day business performance — monitor sales, margin, stock turns, and visibility metrics.
- Partner with category and growth teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and campaigns for topline and efficiency.
- Build a clear view of P&L drivers and identify revenue unlocks across levers (marketing, conversion, supply, etc.).
1. Go-To-Market & ExecutionLeadership
Drive integrated GTM execution across merchandising, marketing, and operations streams.Ensure milestones and readiness plans are achieved with pace and precision.Build playbooks and operating rhythms for launch, scale-up, and post-launch maturity phases.1. Cross-Functional Alignment
Work with functional leads(category, marketing, finance, supply chain, analytics, and product) to ensure cohesive business delivery.Track inputs, dependencies, and output KPIs in a structured manner — driving ownership across teams.Anchor weekly business reviews and leadership updates.1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Partner with leadership on quarterly / annual business planning — volume ,margin, and marketing budgets.Identify process or operational improvements that unlock speed, accuracy, or scale.Translate strategic goals into executable, measurable actions for all streams.Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-tech business management.Proven experience in building or scaling new business lines, partnerships, or categories.Strong business and analytical acumen with hands-on comfort in P&L thinking.Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.High bias for ownership, hustle, and problem-solving under ambiguity. Tier 1 college MBA.
