Head of Engineering

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Engineering to lead our technology vision and execution as we scale our consumer business. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight, product understanding, and hands-on technical expertise to build platforms and systems that deliver a seamless consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's engineering strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team across front-end, back-end, data, and infrastructure functions.
• Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for high traffic and fast growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver world-class consumer experiences.
• Drive technology innovation — identify, evaluate, and implement tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Establish and maintain robust engineering practices : code quality, testing, CI / CD, and documentation.
• Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships.
• Mentor senior engineers and build an inclusive, high-ownership team culture.
