Team Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise daily activities and ensure team members are effectively fulfilling their duties
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members as needed
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Performance Monitoring
Monitor individual and team performance and address any performance gapsEnsure adherence to company policies, standards, and safety proceduresSubmit daily / weekly reports on team productivity and progressCommunication & Coordination
Serve as the point of contact between team members and senior managementEnsure clear communication of tasks, responsibilities, and expectationsResolve conflicts or challenges that may arise within the teamWorkplace Conduct & Grooming
