Qa Analyst / Quality Assurance

Job Description

• Conduct daily safety talks and L1 meetings
• Perform timely inspection of finished goods (FG) for dispatch as per packing list
• Clear Outbound Delivery (OBD) of FG lots from SAP after physical dispatch inspection
• Communicate any deviations found to the production or reporting manager
• Provide support to 3rd party inspection teams as needed
• Capture photographs throughout the loading activity
• Arrange product samples as per sample sales order requirements
• Prepare the daily dispatch report
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all dispatches
• Upload COAs for domestic dispatches
• Maintain 5S standards and upload Kaizen ideas as per unit targets; update monthly
• Conduct timely inspection of FG lots offered by the plant
• Clear FG lots from SAP after physical inspection
• Report any deviations found to production or reporting manager
• Verify domestic printing details on shipper and product labels
• Perform online packing line inspections and submit reports
• Address failures and ensure sustenance of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) points
• Conduct remote inspections for 3rd party requirements
• Provide COAs to Customer Service Representatives (CSR) when needed for domestic products
