HR Executive (Talent Acquisition and HR operations)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations, along with a flair for organizing employee engagement initiatives.

This is 'Work from Office' position only, Mon-Fri 9AM to 6PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.

Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and ensure timely delivery of profiles as per requirements.

Source candidates directly through job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.

2. Employee Onboarding

Facilitate pre-joining formalities, induction sessions, and onboarding documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Admin, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth joining experience.

Maintain onboarding tracker and ensure timely completion of joining formalities in HRMS.

3. HR Operations

Update and maintain employee data in HRMS and personnel files (digital and physical).

Support in preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and MIS.

Assist in compliance documentation and record management.

4. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive work culture.

Support communication and participation drives for internal HR initiatives.

Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.

2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment and generalist HR activities.

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and HRMS tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
