Business Analyst Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and clarify objectives.
- Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other documentation to support solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in creating test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating issues as needed.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency in creating process models, workflows, and business documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent communication skillsable to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and wireframing / prototyping software (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure) is Skills :
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is an advantage
