Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

Conduct gap analyses, SWOT assessments, and feasibility studies.

Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and use cases.

Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analysis.

Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.

Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence.

Experience with requirements management and business process modeling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
