Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Translate product roadmap features intowell-defined product requirements including features, user stories, andacceptance test criteria. Hand off user stories to development and testingteams as a part of the sprint planning meeting.

Liaison continuously with engineeringteams to ensure teams are equally aligned in product requirements and goals.

Participate in Scrum meetings andproduct sprints.

Prioritize and maintains the sprintbacklog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

Work in an Agile environment andcontinuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, and identifiesopportunities and risks.

Work with cross-functional teams andvarious stakeholders, including analytics, design / user experience andengineering.

Review of test scenarios testresults

Work with Business Stakeholders inorganizing UAT.

You bring in :

5+ Years of experience working as a BusinessAnalyst.

Requirement gathering

Creating, analysing, and validatingdetailed functional and business specifications (BRD / SRS Preparation)

knowledge of software development lifecycles including agile development and testing.

Create Slide Decks required forexplaining Business Solutions Approach

Facilitating, creating proposals andother relevant documents, negotiation of requirements.

Excellent written and verbalcommunications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.

Ability to effectively conducttechnical discussions directly with Project / Product management, and clients.

Team Collaboration Skills.

Fosters a climate conducive toestablishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external

Strong relationship building andmaintaining skills.
