Salary : ₹47,000 (₹30,000 fixed + ₹17,000 On Target Earning)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This job role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Onboard partners onto our platform, meeting revenue targets monthly.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Identifying potential leads and prospects through market research and networking.
  • Providing product demos and solutions for prospective leads.

Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Proven outreach and lead generation skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products.
  • B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Audience Understanding and Adaptability :

  • Quickly learn and understand the nuances of the target audience.
  • Be strict with deadlines and have a "get it done" attitude.
  • Show eagerness to learn a lot and do whatever it takes to succeed.
  • Highly ambitious.
