We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase Advito Global’s services and solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to create tailored proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between the client and internal teams.
- Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to position Advito Global as a market leader.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and revenue growth to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building ability and a confident, persuasive personality. Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
