Role Overview

The Manager – Outreach will be responsible for driving student enrolments through structured outreach initiatives in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong partnerships with schools and colleges, increasing the University’s visibility, and executing engagement activities to attract quality students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with schools / colleges through personal interactions, workshops, and engagement programs.
• Execute focused marketing and visibility initiatives in schools and colleges.
• Plan and deliver outreach events such as boot camps, exhibitions, fairs, and campus visits end-to-end.
• Manage outreach activities for the territory to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Conduct student engagement, counselling, and lead generation activities on and off campus.
• Track student applications and enrolments generated through outreach and take corrective measures when required.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for schools, events, and workshops.
• Identify and strengthen partnerships with schools that have provided quality students in the past.
• Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders for participation in outreach programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, and other influencers for repeat engagement.
