Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Chandigarh. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, hire and train new employees, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role also includes handling inventory, maintaining salon hygiene, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. The Salon Manager is expected to cultivate a positive work environment and manage client relations effectively.
