Required Qualifications :
- Design scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform ensuring the architecture aligns with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Candidateshould have experience in Salesforce implementations for Banking Industry.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Experiencewith Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with designing integration solution with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom middleware solutions. Stronganalytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Defineand enforce best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory).
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (mandatory). SalesforceCertified Service Cloud Consultant (mandatory).Salesforce Certified System Architect (Nice to have).Financial Services Cloud AP (Nice to have).
