Ensure that all solutions comply with security, scalability, and data privacy standards, managing complex regulatory requirements. Translate advanced technical solutions into clear, compelling business benefits for diverse stakeholders. Lead impactful demos, solution presentations, and RFP responses that showcase the true value of the solutions to clients. Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships, ensuring their success through seamless Salesforce solutions. Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to the development of best practice documentation, playbooks, and solution templates. Spearhead pre-sales activities, working closely with business development teams to drive strategic growth opportunities. Actively contribute to mentorship programs, particularly initiatives supporting women in tech and diversity within the Salesforce ecosystem. 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and advanced integrations). Extensive experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations as a Solution Architect, with a proven record of complex solution delivery. Expertise in designing and delivering solutions with intricate integrations, advanced automation, and high-performing workflows. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of working with global clients, including handling market-specific nuances in the US. A growth mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges. Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). Expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions.
