Role Description
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and member services.
- Build a good relationship with potential clients and convince them to enroll with us.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fitness instructors, trainers, and front desk staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards within the centre.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness centre management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain an impeccable professional appearance and high grooming standards
Qualifications
